In January 2021, we made some improvements related to shipping and changed our definition of complete. Orders now automatically complete based on shipping carrier scans - just slap the label on the box and get it shipped. If you're selling contracted hops that will ship from a merchant, your work is done once you've submitted the PO (we send the label(s) the buyer paid for to the merchant, along with your PO). This has greatly reduced errors, saved everyone a lot of time, and resulted in faster order processing times. Merchants love it, brewers love it, and we hope you do too.
