For large orders with no shipping labels, you can organize freight (aka LTL) via your normal carriers, then use a Reimbursement Request to collect payment from the buyer.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer not to organize a freight shipment, you can simply use the freight broker (ie FreightQuote) of your choice. Most freight brokers will also handle collecting payment from the buyer.
Please note:
- When organizing freight shipments, be sure to add insurance; otherwise, you are liable for damage/loss.
- Unlike parcel orders, you must enter tracking on the order details page.
- Shipping speed for the order will be based on when you enter tracking, not when the order ships.
