Sometimes order status = verifying funds or payment processing on the order details page. This means a payment has not yet cleared. The amount of time it takes for a payment to clear can be measured in seconds or days, depending on the form of payment used. For example, most credit card payments clear in seconds but ACH payments take 1-3 business days to clear.
Why has my payment been pending for > 2 business days?
- If you paid with a credit or debit card, please create a support ticket, so we can look into your transaction. This is rare but usually means the payment processor flagged the transaction for review. Be sure to include the order number.
- If you paid with a bank account, please note that ACH transactions take 1-3 business days to process. The duration depends on the extent to which your bank participates in FedNow.
