Errors during checkout can occur for several reasons. Here are the most common:

  • Your reservation expired because you didn't complete the checkout (enter payment) within 30 minutes from when you first clicked the "checkout" button
  • You created multiple checkouts via separate browsers/tabs/devices
  • Insufficient funds or credit limit

If you're not sure whether or not an order was successful, simply check your order history. All successful orders will be displayed there.
