Sometimes order status = verifying funds or payment processing on the order details page. This means a payment has been authorized but has not yet cleared. The amount of time it takes for a payment to progress from authorized to reserved (cleared) can be measured in seconds or days (depending on the size of the payment, form of payment used, time payment was submitted, holidays, user's payment/credit history, etc).


I received a payment, but haven't gotten instructions to process the order yet. Why is that?

WePay always sends the seller a payment received email whenever a new payment is authorized against one of their listings, but the seller won't receive instructions from The Lupulin Exchange to fulfill the order until the payment has been reserved (cleared) - we do this to protect sellers and guarantee payments. In other words, we don't want a seller to ship hops until we are certain they will get paid.


Why has my payment been pending for > 2 business days?

  • If you paid with a credit or debit card, please create a support ticket, so we can troubleshoot the transaction. Be sure to include the order number.
